I do need the plug that attaches the terminal ends on the indicator wires to the base of the indicator lamp.. as pictured (though I have shown the left hand side)

Did you include the plug with the lamp?

Did you include the plug with the lamp?

Nope just the lense and bulb and bulb carrier.
