2005 Rallies (quite a few images)

Hi All,

Just thought I would share a few photos I took during 2005 following the WRC across the globe :wink: not quite, but I did plan a trip to Europe to co-enside with the German round of the WRC and it was well worth the effort!

Solberg have some issues with his car on day 2, I asked him what he thought it was (I was first on the scene!!) and he said it seemed to be gearbox related.

Great spectator points, these cars came past at only 2m away.

The sunday afternoon podium presentation, in the image below the thursday night start/shakedown was a washout but the car did make quite a show in the wet with all 4 wheels spinning

The Camera is a Konica Minolta Dimage Z10 which is 3.2 megapixel. No lenses added to that. Not the best camera around but for what I paid it was worth every cent.

Looking at a Canon EOS digital SLR next which should take a lot better photos.
