put my car up on the hoist to give it one last cheek over... new tyres r on the car, so its all good... but i noticed the tail shaft has a BIG split happening near the centre bearing...

never ends with these cars! nothing but money! so we will see how we go on the day...

have we got a number on how many r 100% going?

Currently I would say we have 30 cars 100% confirmed.
Another 20 or so unconfirmed.
The 20 unconfirmed are difficult to contact (not net junkies like us), but I believe at least 10 will show up.

As for the meeting held with some of the T4G boys.

We have agreed that we will have:
- Professional quality photos on the strip and in the parking area courtesy of wrcvr4.
- Specs will be collected by mattress and wrcvr4, which will then be used to create some sort of write up on the website.
- Times will be recorded during the day to attempt to break up the classes based on times run in the morning. Will also be used in the write up.
- Sponsorship details
- Free sausage sizzle on the day.
- Free can of soft drink / bottled water on the day.

Sorry for the late reply, been flat out and havent been on the forums much.

Dont think ill be able to make it, as the dyno at work is getting moved, so i havent had a chance to put my car on and tune it..
I mean it feels pretty fucking good on the street, and the mixtures seem fine, just want to make sure on the dyno before i race...
So unless we get the floor painted this weekend, and move the dyno by Friday, i wont be coming

Yeah but with my dyno i can take my time and it doesnt cost me a thing...

They painted the floor on the weekend, but we are moving the dyno on the Saturday

So i aint coming unless my mate wants to drive...

im thinking bout it coz my mrs said if i dnt take it on a trailer i'll need a trailer and then i gotta get the trailer all the way back to heathcote when i live in south east suburbs. which would be a pain in the ass.

just in case, that way, if somebody does need a tow, the trailer is there... and im sure they'll pay for the cost if they do use it...

i think i will be taking up on a trailer for my car.. i could drive my car home if someone des break down but they would have to pay for fuel + trailer hire.. (definately cheaper then getting a tow truck to tow u homes)
