it says in the rules that any car that can run under 11 sec is not allowed...my suggestion is to take it easy and win your heats and then nail it in the finals...

might have missed out on a few things here but whats the plans for the heats?how are you gunna do it

The quickest 4 wrx's and the quickest 4 Evo's with be into the semi-finals...

Then there will be the quickest WRX v's the quickest Evo in the final which will
be run in 3 races...(if need be)..

You can start paying up when i relist it in about 6 - 8 weeks time...

As i said before i have kept everyones names who have shown interest in the event and when i relist it i will be asking for the entrant fee of $200

cheers

well considering bringing the fto now.. My dad just got it registered yesterday, and drove it around today.. Going well :) Just try and finalise a few things, but at the end of the day, its up to my dad...

The fto is basically a standard turbo engine. So its not a boosted rocket lol

If it were anybody else saying 'just slap some nos on it' I'd know they were kidding, but with you, different story... you actually would! lol

Hey guys, sounds like a good day - I'll bring the shitter out for a skid or two.

For anyone thinking of heading out, I'd highly recommend it. I've gone to a couple of these private days organised by other groups, and they're a tonne of fun. There's barely any waiting in line, you get a shit load of runs in (at one I went to, a guy had 40 runs!), so even though $200 sounds like a lot, you definitely get your money's worth.

shit i wonder how his driveline was at the end of the event lol

festivas can go the distance of 40 runs lol

na not the old boxy shape models

remember i had one to get around in ages ago
after i had a drive of it :p the box started to crunched clutch was slipping and cv's were clicking:p

It was a manual SS running high 11s - their drivelines are pretty tough! I've heard of two other pretty good efforts - a stockish DC5R getting in about 48 runs, and a VL (non turbro) somewhere in the 50s. The last one I went to, I had about 12 runs in 2 hours with a few breaks .. if your car can handle it, there's plenty of value for money at these days!

Yeah bud, I'll bring the nugget out, I just haven't made it on the list yet. Another mate of mine should be bringing his evo 9 out for a skid too.
