ok whats the different really, in driveability and power...
top end/mid range/low down..

i understand 272 lets in more air, but at a compromise of low down torque?

if im just running a e3 16g, what would be better, considering this is a daily driver as well..?

Ive had 272/272 on my vr4 and i currently have 264/264 on my evo.

My evo is a lil buzz box!! So responsive down low and midrange. The camshafts are awesome for daily driving and normal road useage.

However if you wanted a drag combination then go for the 272/272 combo. I found these very sluggish in my VR4 and they didnt have any low down punch just brute topend.

The 264/264 in my EVO i think can be improved with a 272 in the exhaust side. I think this would be a good contrast to each other and make for more topend without losing low down punch. I will be trying this combonation in my next set of mods i think.

would 272/272 with just a standard evo3 turbo?

im not going for drag
i just want a lot more midrange

these are the DKS cams, so they dont come in 264/264
when do you plan on doing the change to 264/272 jon?

272/272 on a 16g is too agressive.. the cams would outrun the turbo..
i would get them if i was running a 16g.. id go for the 264 combo if i was you.

im not sure when im doin git.. but when i can afford to i will.
