272/272 cams idle

Hi all I just put 272, 272 crower cams in my vr4.
Just woundering how the idel is in other peoples cars with 272, 272.

mine have a fairly stockish idle compared to HKS 264 cams

are you a member of dsmtuners?

if so, theres ~10pg discussion on the BC 280's with lots of video clips, they sound fucking mean

you can make a car sound lumpier by richening the idle
it's probably why mine lumps a little bit

my 272's idled at 1200rpm, they had a lumpie tone to them.. my 264's also had a nice rumble to them.

I think it's time to mate a fujitsubo cat back to my exhaust. That or find an actual decent quiet high-flowing muffler in Aus.

i wanted a pair just for the idle lope but i didnt really want to shift the power band up past 8krpm
