I recently done my ROH 3 Piece wheels.
- Remove tyre
- Undo all bolts + nuts
- Centre should fall out or hit out with a mullet
- your now left with the inner/outter dishes.
You have the option of leaving it together and getting the outter polished. I recommend splitting them as they are held together with silicone which tend to leak with age. Use a blade to cut thur the silicone just be careful as u may dig in the alloy and cause issues resealing. to remove the old silicone i used a wire wheel on a drill, come up perfect for assembly.
Once you have the goods polished or painted/powdercoated give the silicone area a wipe with wax and grease remover and let dry. Apply a bead 3-4mm of silicone to both sides all around. Join both dishes together insert centre, then bolt+nut the lot hang tight. you'll need to touqe them up to 40nm in a cross fashion eg. 12 oclock, 6, 9, 3 etc etc etc.. once all have been done you need to give the excess silicone a wipe with your finger all around (not remove the exess but working it in the groove). Let it set a good 48hrs before putting the tyre back on.
Its time consuming but well worth it in the end. Saves you a heap of $$ too if u get a shop to do em.
I can take a couple of pics if you like as i have a few sets in the garage i need to clean up.
