Surely if you run mivec you will use the matching ecu so the mivec is operational. So 90% of the sensors are in the head and you will have to at least mod the mivec loom or custom wire it.

Personally the wiring is the easy bit compared to the manifolding and other piping and welding holes in the head, but don't take me as discouraging it, I keen as to see it...

everything is fine....... havent had an issue with temps yet... have been stuck in traffic a few times for an hour+ or so... and no issues..

just needs a hell of a tune... but response is amazing compared to my other head....

Wow man that is so great. Good job. Been thinking about it as well for my cb. Do you know what 2.4 bottem end you could use to go with the head. Evo 9 head that is.

the toyota coils have a extremely strong arc force....

Is there an ignition expert that can advise if the Tojo coil on plug system as shown above would be an improvement on my existing 4 x LS1 coils on my big port stroker???????

improvement.. not really, cleaner set up... definitely...

i wouldnt go out of my way to change over if the LS1 coils work for you..

the evo 7 ecu is tune-able from factory correct? no mods needed. might look into making my own newer model ecu patch loom to run my 93 so i can have it tuned
