Can I ask what your engine setup is?
2mm and 82mm bore!?
Wow someones bored him out a bit. Can you not use a 1.5mm HG?
From those specs, I take it you have a proton engine and have decompessed it?
2mm HG seems a bit too much considering the stock GSR MLS HG is 0.5mm.
You can get quite a few sizes:
0.5, 0.8, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8 and 2mm
I am running a genuine mitsubishi MLS 0.8mm which I measured on the verniers at the flatest part of 0.92mm. It came from an Ebay member and he had a couple of sizes.
I would steer away from the 1.5mm graphite composite head gaskets which usually come in the SOHC rebuild kits as thats what I blew last year and I just dont trust them! Mind you im running quite a bit of boost!
There is Jasma brand out of Malaysia which I think comes in the option of 82mm and 1.8 and 2mm ,also on ebay. SOLD OUT!!!! EMAIL HIM!!! LINK for 2mm: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/370615598400?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
1.8mm: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/370615598219?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
One of the mitsubishi engines runs 82mm bores so their HG would be an option. I just cant think of it right now as I type this.
I know you are in a hurry but Chris Meek is a fountain of information if you have the time to talk to him.
I hope this sheds some light on some things and helps out.
Good hunting!
