hey guys,

im just trying to find out about bolt patterns on 75mm throttle bodies...

has anyone had experience with the edelbrock ones? do they have the same bolt pattern as the XF throttle bodies?

what TPS do they use?

do these have the same bolt pattern as the standard VR4 throttle bodies?

mat :)

He's thinking about buying pitbull's intake plenum i'm guessing. Pitbull had the manifold custom made up by x-force in perth to suit the 75mm throttle body.

X-force are one of the best workshops in wa and i'm sure this plenum would be awesome quality.

that's correct! I will probably buy it if i can find out of my throttle body will suit, i can't really be assed dicking around with expensive throttle bodies

possibly!

i know people fit XF throttle bodies to standard vr4 intake manifolds, so I'm wondering if the edelbrock has the same bolt pattern.

another thing to find out is whether or not the flanges on the lower half of the cyclone intake manifold is the same as the lower half of the a-spec ECI manifold

matty, the stock aspec manifolds are a 1 piece

the cyclones are a 2piece...

therefor, you will need a cyclone to use it if its the plenum only...

There's a damn good chance that the Edelbrock thottle body is the Ford stud pattern anyway so an XF TB would work provided it covers the hole all round due to its smaller diameter. If worse comes to worse you could cut off the existing flange and use another one to suit whatever TB you want to use.
