Advice and thoughts on next project L300

Ok then I'm looking at getting my next project since Gsr is getting to finished point ( cant justify spending any more on it). Iv found a 1990 l300 with evo 3 engine in. Issues are #1 no license #2 no cert #3 fire wall been cut out to fit motor. What I want to find out is what needs to happen to get engine to fit with out having hole in fire wall and any other issues ill have getting this road worthy in W.A. It's worth it just for parts as long as the engine is healthy. Sounds like the guy already has a shrink wrapped reason ready to go to explain poor performance though, hmmmmm. h34r:

Yea thats what i thought so he wont like it when a pull good ecu out to try it. Could always buy licensed van as well to drop motor in.

Ive been working on the guy 4 couple weeks now got him dwn to $1000, was going to low ball him hard on Sat $500
