another brake line question

Hi, can someone tell me if evo 1-3 brake lines are the same as GSR/Gti ones? specifically, I want to change the Gti's brake lines to braided ones, and evo1-3 are significantly cheaper than made to order ones for the Gti. Any search I've done doesn't adequately answer my question. any help is appreciated, thx.

Evo rear calipers are same as Gsr/proton rears
Evo fronts are twin pots, Gsr/proton are single pots and a lot of people upgrade to the twins and haven't had to change lines so yes the evo 1-3 kit should work. Vr4/gallant/cb lancer I'm fairly sure are different.

thx heaps, I'll be adding e3 front brakes (prolly shoulda mentioned that!), I assumed I wouldn't have any difficulty but wasn't too sure about length or mounting points etc. thx again

Check to make sure the attachment to the caliper is the same - I seem to remember there being one type of caliper that used a nipple/hose end fitting and the other uses a banjo fitting.

Yeah that was the difference between the galant and the cc range
(I've had coupe fronts, Gsr fronts and Evo twin pots all on my stock lines. Rears are all the same)
