I have for sale a Apexi Exhaust Control Valve, i only used it for 1 week, it has a little damage to the plastiv that covers the cable, it will fit a 3" exhaust with a 2 peace flange

yeah thats it, it was just touching the cat and got burnt off

how hard are they to install? is it a significant drop in noise? got epa'd need to shave off 8db's to pass. Very keen.

there not to hard, just depends on where you put the lever and it reduces the sound quit alot, but nosie testers dont like these valve but there not illegal
