Help Support 4GTuner:

ta those map images were a big help,i checked them over, and the only thing i am suspect about is where your trigger has atooth offset of 2.i am assuming an evo crank angle sensor is similer to vr4.miy crank angle tooth offset is 1 and i am set to direct fire .yours is set to distributor.but that might be because of the internal toggle setting.

have you got spark?
also you are set to internal map sensor 2.5 bar so make sure you have your vac line connected to the haltech.you will see the port on the e6x for the vac line.the e6x is an old computer ,same as an e6k but with and extra ignition/injector driver, hence the ignition toggle setting.it wont be using your afm you will need that vac line hooked up to you plenum.
other than that everything looks goods and your injector times are about right to start to car

Yeh im getting spark

There was 2 types of E6X's produced, mine was the 1 without the internal 2.5 bar MAP sensor

Whats your injectors set at?? Batch or sequential??

I had to set my injectors for batch fire ,because being 450cc injectors i was maxing them at 10ms anywhere over 12psi boost on sequential.

If you could hook up a laptop in online mode and go data page then you can see whats happening.if your really desperate i used to drag a pc down to my garage and put on the workbench

Yup i done all that, i also tried the batch inj with direct fire, still nothing...

Here is what it has in data mode before i crank the engine...

Im getting to the point where i think im just gonna leave the stock ECU in there and take the car to a tuner to start it

I see that your coolant temp is not reading properly on your data page.so that means you have no enrichment for cold start.that would be a problem

another thing that i noticed is on my gen1 vr4 crank angle sensor i have to set both trigger and home edge to rising.your home edge is set to falling
My only suggestion now is that when your cranking the car check the data page and make sure that your injectors are are at least 4ms on cranking,if you have a timing light you can put that on and make sure that your timing matches the haltech.

ive put some screen shots of mine up now.
i am assuming your not brisbane.

Cheers for that, Scott from Haltech got in contact with me today and told me that the E6X doesnt support the Mitsu AFM, that i need to use an external MAP, so im gonna throw my 3BAR MAP sensor in soon and might as well throw a New Air Temp Sensor while im at it

Here is the message i got off Scott from Haltech

You will need to use an external MAP Sensor, The E6X does not support your air flow meter.
Then, I suggest using a timing light to check if the spark is firing at the correct time.
If it is, use a noid light to check that the engine has injection time.
Also, make sure it has fuel pressure
