yeh well my ggsr engine just clocked onto 200.000 k and i put the cams in, springs etc pulled out looked absolutly fine when i rebuilded the head for vr4 conv..
my idle sits on 800 no problem, and no adjustable cam gears were used

How lumpy is your idle? And did they destroy your fuel economy?
