The threads get dirty and then the nuts jam up. Bit late now but you need to wire brush the threads before you adjust the nuts

even if there already locked? il give it ago i brought them brand new and havnt driven the car yet but i guess itz stil possible for dirt to get in the thread

the only things to do are

1:make sure you are turning the nuts the right way with 2 spanners, one on each lock ring
2: try harder
