I've got one of these in my Laser TX3. Took me about half an hour to install.

Red = Constant 12V
Blue = Accessory
Green = Ign. "on"
Black = Ground

Purple = Handbrake sensor*
Orange = Speed sensor
White = Shift lock (for cars with auto transmission only)

Black Hose = Line for built in boost gauge

*IMPORTANT: If you aren't going to use the handbrake sensor feature, loop this wire to the black ground wire, otherwise the timer won't operate.

Ground, constant 12V and accessory are pretty self-explanatory, just splice into the corresponding wires on the factory loom and find a suitable grounding point on the chassis. As for the ignition wire, I'm not too sure about the Mitsis, but my Laser has two ignition circuits (IG1 and IG2) - just make sure you splice it into the one which controls the cooling fan to be safe. OR if you're tech-savvy, splice it into a relay or similar which allows it to control both ignition circuits at once :)
