They have paid out and he was given the option to buy it back which he did with the intention of making more money.

That is why it is on the wovr.

Going by the damage and the inability to re-register 4k is a fair offer.

The insurance guys wouldnt have scrapped it. They would have auctioned it to the highest bidder. That way they get some of their money back too.

Glws, whatever price you get. Its pricey at 10k, and a bargin at 2k, so somewhere in the middle is the good price.
Maybe try the newer evo forums as well. Maybe more call for such a car there.
