get a new dump pipe

the wastegate gasses are trying to enter the rest of the exhaust at close to a 90degree angle

should i get it cut off for a screamer instead

Im running the factory dump on a s16g, no creep (18psi)

Just out of curiosity what sort of boost controllers are you guys running, had this problem to with the old colt trying to run 12psi and crept to 18psi with the manual bleed valve, but once i put an electronic boost controller on it was fine.

I did do some opening up on the dump where pipe returns to the dump its probly half of the 90* I always port most of that sort of stuff to smoth out welds etc

Im using a Greddy Profec E-01 boost controller

Has your exhaust housing been ported yet Travis?
Boost creep is usually caused by the housing not allowing enough gas to exit via the wastegate area ( too much of an angle to go around ).
If you port the entry way to the wastegate it should cure most of your problem.

I might have to give this a go before it goes on the dyno
