Have been sent the wrong injectors and need the correct part # as the ones supplied have standard type bottom 14 mm O rings and need the thick square sided16mm bush type and would appreciate if anyone can supply the correct details and where to buy them.

start by cutting the plastic black seat of the oring with very small and sharp side cutters.

there is a lip on the steel section that the plastic locks into. once you break out cut away at the plastic, you should be able to slide the plastic off.

then install the square seal

Thanks 4 that Baz was looking around on the net after I read your post and came across a pic that had the bottom bushes in place with the plastic retainer not removed so will get new bushes and install them in place of the O ring they came with

I've never done it without the removal of the plastic seat but if you find that it works, let me know.

you will find you can't use the standard Mitsubishi seals as they are a few mm to big in the hole size. You'll need a smaller version.

I have not been able to get the snaller hole ones locally so can you advise where I can buy them please?
I have rolled the std ones on and correct me if wrong but don't the std ones seal by compression to the bottom of the injector and the head so is it important to get the ones with the smaller hole??
