4GTuner

Help Support 4GTuner:

Guys a miscommunication on my part with the evo crew leads to the need of pushing the times back by 1.5hrs. Sorry! :(
We will have to meet them at 9:30 which means we will need to start dinner at 7:30 or else we'll be waiting forever.
I'll text you all anyway.

Updated list.

Wow, that was way too hard. Never doing that again! :(
I hope you all enjoyed it as much as possible.

I think keep the evos out. Big cruises never go well.

It was good. Car did better than expected beside at the start but I think she just got nervous.

I really enjoyed last night, everyone there were great to talk to. Big thanks to Mo for the organization and also Troy as a gracious host at the restaurant. I have learnt a lot of ideas from everyone on the night, especially Troy with the Haltech, (I got to teach my ten year old son that stuff now) so he can help me.

Thanks Mo for the night. It good to get out and add some faces to names . Thanks also to Troy and the staff for the great feed.

I really enjoyed myself! I had enchiladas! Awesome to meet some fellow 4gers in person while eating enchiladas. The company was great, and I had enchiladas, they were great too.

Saw some nice examples of 4g powered cars, and got a lot of info chatting with everyone, AND I got to see how ECMlink works after I ate my enchiladas

Seriously now (if that's even possible for me) it was a very enjoyable trip down with Ian and Kye, got to see how an RVR pokes along and handles. It's the first time I've been in an operational RVR and even in mild trim they go like

hell! Thanks Ian

The whole night of good company and cars brought back some memories of 10 or so years ago when I had an abundance of money and licence points with an actual car that I felt proud to drive and show, it was the

recharge I needed to get all inspired to crack on with my build.

A shout out goes to Troy and crew for the food, I recommend the......well, you know what I'm going to recommend :p and a big thanks to Mo for organising the night

Did you drive the lancer or the vr4?

He drove the CB lancer Johno.

Thanks for coming everyone. Sorry that things kinda went to shit with getting the three different clubs together but I'm glad most of you enjoyed it :D
The lighting wasn't great for taking photos but I took some anyway.

Yeah took the daily , the gsr. VR4 does not work yet but hopefully next time.

Next time maybe we could do a day time cruise/BBQ. I have a BBQ that fits I. My boot.

Another plus one for for the day time meet. Having said that, mo you did a great job with organising and no one can't take that away from you mate. Thank you..
Ben, it was nice to have you along for the drive and the Mariah Carey cd, thanks mate......
Next time, maybe the drags, we go in RVR convoy!!!!!
Was also good to pit some faces to names and maybe next time we have placards for peoples tag names as well perhaps???
All up was a good night and great feed, thanks troy, and free before dinner show as well!!!!!

Hey, glad you liked it, if you play it backwards it gives instructions for re-animating corpses, as well as a cookie recipe for some reason, go figure huh

RVR convoy FTW, I'm really getting into mine now, Mid year meet will come up fast!

Thanks Ian. Was nice meeting you and your son. It's been a while since I've met an adolescent that actually possesses manners.

I had some ideas for the next meet. The car park at my work ( complete car sound enoggera) is unused on Sunday from lunch time so we could meet there. We have a bbq at work, so have a feed then cruise through daybro , then up the mountain to to Toowong. Just some ideas.

I had a good time on the drive too, thanks Mo.
It was good to meet some of you guys briefly, so Im keen for whatever comes up in the future.
Maybe we get something a little more regular happening?
Im always out alone, but it was fun having some other cars about.

I just want to say thanks for all the kind words that have been said by members about my son. It is nice to hear that society feels that I have done a good job.
Cheers guys, much appreciated.

You have good reason to feel proud mate, most kids don't have a tenth of the respect your boy does, hope he comes along to more 4G meets.
