Yep well, just killed my TD06.. Oil leaking thru V-Band Crop dusted the neighbourhood with smoke for a wee bit. So, i'm thinking Garret GTX3076R for an upgrade :/ I've got stock manifold. What do i need as fitment requirements? Anyone have knowledge of fitting one of these?

Would love to get the car on the road asap. We'll see how this pans out...

How is your obd2 bluetooth android thing going?

i wasn't able to get a 2way connection. Bluetooth is recognised but data transfer was a no go. Maybe it's the Baudrate of the ODB2 bluetooth?

Maybe on the 11th of jan we can meet up somewhere in the am and then go for a cruise around ( I don't know Brisbane, so someone else will have to specify where) and then head over to the downshift meet at Rocklea Showgrounds in the arvo?

Have you been to those DS meets Ian?
They're pretty ordinary and often a good place to get defected, but it would be cool to have our own little mitsi line up.
I should have mine back on the road by then with any luck.

No I've never been, that's why I wanted to go, I've got a few mates with s-chassis which will most likely go to downshift too

Also in regards to defects I thought us mitsu guys might be abit safer because we are less known to the cops and they'll be busy with the p platers, and the dodgey looking nissan and Corolla crowds lol, that's what it's like up here on the sunny coast anyway, I've never been picked on but my mates with s13s and s15s get pulled up all the time

i got picked up last time at a DS meet no car is "safe" if they want to get you they will. but it's not nearly as bad as people make out

Yeah that's the awesome thing about driving a Magna, I'm not too worried myself but other people have voiced their concern in the past.
Going for the DS meet itself is kinda pointless imo but it'd be a good venue to hold one of our get-togethers. I say let's do it.

Well me and my mates are gonna go to downshift, so maybe us guys can go out to summerset or something in the morning and then me and my mates and any one else who wants to come can head in to the DS meet from there.
