Just thought i post in here telling people im heading to caldar Friday night to run the evo if anyone intrested in comming feel free im leaving stright from work to get there so happy to meet ppl there

Now with a so called 241kw What MPH should i be looking at to back it up? and i have been told that the rear wing if i remove it that will change my MPH and i should get a higher one that true?

also do you think i can get faster then 12.6 as that is my goal to beat (big headed mates wrx time)
 
yeah thats all im worried about is getting it off the line been reading into launchs alot latly as i still have not fitted my launch control yet

but anyway i guess a nice drop of clutch at 4000 may help or i will just try that clutch slipping way
 
my car is at the workshop atm should pick it up thurs i would love to come down an try my luck busting a 12.6 with ya hahaha ill show ya how to luanch!!!! ill come down most likely anyway to watch if not run ooh got my gtpumps manifold today should put that on too bit more top end giddy up

and with 241kw's you should be chasing 12 flats

hahaha i belive it is going to be raining friday but none the less i will see how it goes

like clutz said i would love a high 11 as i have seen other evo 6 well read and seen time slips of other evos with 230kw get 12 flat so i would love a 11.999999999 HAHAHA

but lets hope the rain holds off and that the air is crisp :D
 
You should buy some 110 octane unleaded and get someone to tune your car for it, and feel the difference 8)
 
i will be in the not to distance future dont you worry about that :p just have to work out how im going to bring the fuel to and from caldar and for the street driving i will do for the rest of the night :S

but yeah at the momment just reading up on all the race fuels and so forth also trying to get some semi slicks for the run

also the run will be done with nothing in the boot at all and prob no back seats to

so yeah im looking for a nice time HAHA
 
if u strip it down tune it up even with a lazy 60fter you'll dip well into the low 12's if u change well rain is forecast so i will prob hold off till its nice an want to get my car on a dyno to make sure everything is as it should be
 
man who was in the 8/9 at calder tonight?? sweet pass of 10.6! btw my pb was a 12.61 at 167 which i was pretty happy about..

I didnt think it was on this friday? I checked last week ....

hence why were going to heathcote on Sunday :p
