What type of car?
Did you do anything prior to this suddenly happening? Like install an alarm/remote start or an immobiliser or touch the ignition in any manner?

it's an rvr.
I have an alarm in it,the only thing I can think it might be the intercooler pipe hitting the altenater

Wait, so what happens? When you turn the key to "on" do the dash lights come on? When you try to crank the car, does it crank? Do the dash lights dim? Do you hear relays clicking?

Don't drive it, RALLY it!
If there is a turbo timer in the system, bypass it and see what happens.
Ditto for an imobiliser.

ok,it's fixed.What happened was the cooler pipe had hit the altenater and shorted out a fuse and made an open circuit.
doommachine: dash lights did come on,it did crank just,the dash lights where dim. I could hear relays clicking

anyway it's fixed now,it cost me $100 to get it fixed. I just got sick of looking at it and got someone to do it ...
