CB GSR hatch bumper same as sedan?

Hey guys,

As above, is the front bumper on a CB GSR 3dr hatch identical to the normal CB Lancer sedan?

IE if one needed replacement, would I be able to just slip down to a local wrecker and throw it on?

no gsrs have a full plastic bar and the normal ones have a lower metal valance and thin plastic bumper(2 piece)

Hmm, sorry to hijack,but in that case, are the GSR 3 door and a GSR 5 door liftback interchangeable bumpers??

Pretty sure the 3 door and the 5 door GSR's have the same bumper but the 4 sedan standard cb is different.
Not too sure about half being metal though the front bar on my cb gsr is all plastic.

Na the 3 door hatches are different. They are alot shorter:

The sedans and liftbacks are the same.....

Depending on what model you have, it'll either have a metal bumper (pre-facelft) or plastic (facelift)

Yer but isnt that first picture a standard 3 door, im mean GSR to GSR,will a 3 door GSR bumper fit to a 5 door GSR, but from looking at the first picture anyways, it does seem it will be shorter, im only after the clips that join the reo to the bumper because i seen this bumper at my old wrecking yard i worked at, its a 3 door GSR bumper and its kinda got plastic over-rider effect like on old ford and holdens steel bumpers, looks kool to me anyways and it seems like a genuine bumper, didnt look at it much tho but its got the clips for sure, its gonna take 10 weeks for the japs to send me some otherwise lol

The whole front ends are all the same! (GSR to GSR) I thought that was fairly obvious! :unsure:

Like what DOUGMO said, the CA lancer sedans (non GSR spec) bumpers are the 2 piece shitty ones......
