CD9A EVO 1 suspension

I'm looking to redo my front and rear suspension on my Evo 1. I'm looking for somthing with basic adjustable features nothing very fancy Also i need to new mounts aswell . Can any one recommend brands and part numbers?

Coilovers or adjustable dampeners + springs?

adjustable dampeners and springs is what i'm after coilovers are just too pricey for me right now

yeah thats what i'm thinking about I need part numbers or links to a site with them becuase I cant juts order parts my my Evo1 at parts shops in Canada.
