Changing Lower Control Arm Bushes

Talk to me about changing these bushes.

I have nolathane lower control arm fronts and Whiteline caster lower control arm rears (All for the front end)

VFAQ doesnt have a DIY on this, just a quick overview of all bushes and that it should be easy.

What is the procedure ? VFAQ mentions something about not doing up the rear bush until the car weight is on it.

Anything else I need to know? Need a c-clamp to remove the fronts?

So i have gone through and done this.. Does anyone want a quick FAQ on how to do this at home? I have some pictures...
