Check engine light under WOT

changed the filter out today, the old one looked oem and it was abit dirty but nothing major.. Since yesterday the wideband has been going straight to lean over 18-1 as soon as i give it some throttle. I did a 3/4 throttle pull today after the filter change and it was still reading the same lean, surely that would have blown something if that were the case? the idle mixtures even seem to be going funny now, pretty safe to assume the sensor is on its way out?

i'd take it to a dyno and ask them to not do a set of power runs but instead check the AFR's that will confirm the mixtures and any possible knock situations.

have you checked furl pressure? get a pressure guage installed ....tape phone in place and video guage while driving. A dying pump wont be able to maintain volume to keep pressure up.....pressure drops...change out pump

reg fault?
put a clamp on the return line to the tank .....something like a pair of vice grips just enough to almost flatten the hose. drive car.......problem gets better? change out reg.

there are no AWD dynos locally unfortunately.

havent got a fuel pressure gauge installed looked at getting one are there different types? im not sure on where to hook it up. ill try flattening the return line and see if that makes it better.

wideband was reading 14.5-15s most of today even when accelerating, i had a good look at the vacuum lines surrounding and found a small hole in one of the lines that runs to the manifold i think. changed that hose out and it seems to idle alot smoother. excuse the crappy photo best i could do with the camera i have.

that looks like the fuel pressure solenoid a leak there would be effecting your fuel pressure regulator.

most people bypass the solenoid and loop vac hose directly from the manifold

Ok I managed to go for a run couldnt get the engine light to come on through 1-3 in 4th 5.5k-6.5k i get the engine light and i didnt bother with 5th.
my question now is how do i upload the datalog files?

also ive changed out the wideband sensor to a new one and its reading right now
