edit: oh had to be different and be the one and most probably only chrome vote, i do love white wheels aswell though, dont think im a little rice boy, dre's diesti was/is the mintest vr4 ive seen in pictures imo with the white wheels

white rims for sure! chrome looks cheap on gsr's. but depends on your taste at the end, you do up your car to suite your style...not to please everyone else.

I don't really like white wheels on white cars, usually the car is a different shade of white to the wheels and it looks odd.

As for chrome wheels, I don't think the "look at me"-ness of them really suits the normal lancers subtle styling.
Nor do I think it goes with the Evo's aggressive styling.

If it were my car, I'd go for the white wheels, but paint them silver, or black, or gunmetal, or fluro yellow or something.

and I'm sorry, but black with a polished lip looks silly unless you have alot of width (9" or more) and not alot of offset (+20 or less).
Otherwise it's like wearing speedo's to emphisise a tiny pen1s
