I'm having some trouble believing that this is a true story, but nevertheless it seems pretty cool.
Where'd he get the handlebars from? And how is the engine connected to the wheels?

I like the part where it says "he regularly fell off the seat" haha
And I like how he fitted a side stand to it as well
