might be better to use a tried and tested product, the specs look
ok, just might be good if you could get some more info on them though if you were keen
 
I've never heard of ProRods before either. The specs and pic looks like an EAGLE rod so its probably just rebadged, however as stated go with the genuine EAGLE product out of an EAGLE box in case the Chinese have started to make copies of rods as well and are trying to creep into the market with poor quality clones.
 
Eagle rods are pretty good on a budget .. I've bent a set, but it took a pretty nasty hydraulic lock to do so.

For the price, I don't think you can go wrong.
