coolant being pushed into overflow and spat out all over the floor

can anyone help ? already done a pressure test on it and no leaks, flushed the coolant and bled the coolant system.

Have you done a leak down test? Head gasket?

Have you checked your radiator cap? Has it lost tension or the seal?

haven't done a leak down test yet, changed cap and made no difference. hope it isn't headgasket

compression test wont always show up a head gasket as it doesn't get the same cylinder pressure as when it is under boost. I have in the past used a compression tester to do a leak down test but these aren't conclusive as to what the issue really is...just where it is.


...but using the compression tester to pump air into the cylinder from a compressor. That works for head gaskets as it pushes the coolant out if there is a leak.
