Rods + Pistons ~$2200
Head Gasket + ARP Studs ~$350
Bearings $300
Gasket Kit $350
Acid Dip $50
Bore/Hone $250
Machine and Linish Crank $300
Balance etc.. ~$200 ?
Rebuild head (new seals etc..) $450
Misc $1000 (belts etc..)
Assemble $1000

about 6k

then while you ahve the car apart you may aswel put in a good clutch.. saves you having to pull it off again.. so add another $600-1000.

$60 an hour and how long it takes depends on the person doing it  Assembly isnt where the money and time is as it can be done in a few hours to long motor stage. Realistically the $$ and time is in the prepwork like block dipping, boring/honing, cleaning, bottom end balancing, head shaving, crack tests, compression tests, parts etc before you even get to assembly. What type of prep work you do and how many parts you supply for assembly makes a difference.

i cant count how many times ppl have asked about rebuilding 93s and 63s.. ive answered most of them and god knows they are getting repetative.. if you could please use the 'search' button before you write a topic that has already been answered it would be appreciated cos i hate having to read everything over again!!!

Just note that you can knock around 1k off the price of pistons and rods by going (for example) an eagle/wiseco combination and getting it from the US
