Grab them off a pair of standard Lancer seats Dan, that's what I did when I put the E6 fronts in mine. Just goto Pick-a-Part, shouldn't cost you more than a few $$ for a pair of front buckles. Just make sure you keep the bolts which held the original buckles to the E6 seats... for some reason I think they're a different thread than the standard Lancer seats.

Evo Oz seems to reject almost all attempts to make a cruise happen. They want permission etc. etc. before any meets/cruises occur.
