OK, this has probably been done to death, but I can't find anything here specifically about this.. on GVR4.org they talk about GSR ECS holders being used as gauge pods. Now, I have been thinking about where to put gauges, firstly I saw a picture some guy posted (can't find it anymore though) where he mounted a 52mm boost gauge between the speedo and tacho.. hehe and the prosport boost gauges are 52mm, and they light up green at night.. and can be white during the day.. so yeah I suppose I'll hack the dash up for that..
But, the location of other gauges.. I don't really like to have them just sitting on the dash, it says "I am modded, please steal me for my many aftermarket parts".
This ECS pod seems mighty promising, but were they available on australian cars? Also, if someone has mounted one in their car, obviously the dash needs cutting, but is there lots of room for wires and junk behind there?
Cheers!
