defect was for

-front end needs alignment
it was done 2 weeks ago
-drivers seat belt retracting spring needs to be replaced
spring is alittle loose but wtf
-brake booster - leaks to be eliminated
master cylinder lid was loose - fluid draining down the whole assembly
-suspension - to be 2/3 original travel
WTF???
-brake pedal rubber - to be replaced
bwahahahahaha! theres nothing worng with it.

I feel your pain Dan. Some cops told me I'm going to have to get my car RWCed as well! They had a good look up and down of my car. I was told my semi slicks weren't street legal and that I wasn't allowed to have my plate on the side of my car. It's a joke! :roll:

Seems like everyone who is young with a fast car cops it.

Also, the plate comes there FROM THE FACTORY. If it's good enough for ADR's it's better than good enough for them.

Then i would of taken them to court. The car comes factory with semi comps and plate on the side... and it all is ADR'd.. so they would of been in the wrong.. i fthey gave you a major.. i would of sue them for time of work and loss of pay due to the fact that you had to get a rwc for a car that came like that.

no it wasnt him, i was in doncaster on the way home (bout 1 min from my house. The cops who gave me the defect notice were just normal patrol cops in one of those new crewman divy vans

A relative of mine is a cop, and has told me a lot of stuff that i can now use against them. I should be having a meeting with the Snr Sargeant of my local police station this week if i can organise it. well see what happens then.

It was no point arguing with them. They seemed to have no clue about cars. They just thought.....oooh.......a yellow man in a yellow Evo. I better defect him!

They honestly had no clue. I'm still waiting for the letter. In the mean time I have called up my local M.P. and told him this is total bullshit for ppl who live in South Yarra to cop this shit around the area.
