All I know is that it's to adapt to a stock TD05 in stock position.
Was previously on a 7 bolt engine, will need to grind a tiny bit off the timing belt side of the flange to fit a 6 bolt engine.
I sold my turbo before I got to use this so no longer useable for my application.
