e3 refelectors with fog lamp question

Hi all
I have a pair of e3 reflectors, which i want to fit to my gsr. now as you all know gsr boot lid don't have the hole cut out to let the bulb assy through. so what i would like to know has any one cut there boot lid out to do this. if so can they shed some light on the matter, like measurements of where to cut and so forth.

I have rear foglamps but bought a whole E2 boot assembly :wink:
They are wired up to my normal lights circuit, and i have changed the globes in them to 5w instead of 20w so they are the same brightness as the normal rear driving lights.

it is possible to cut them out using the shape already indented behind the reflectors.. but if you're worried about hacking into your panels, i have a black e2/3 bootlid fs.
