may as well offer him 25k commit to buy then only offer it when papers arrive lol

He has no papers at all for it this is clear, he's hoping someone just buys it as is with no papers for parts (well that's what he's thinking to have a clear consciences)

Or...just don't buy it at all and leave him stuck with it, if he wants to be like that.

In the ad he hasn't really misrepresented the sale at all, there's not statement that it comes with papers, just race rally only aka cant be road registered ect.

He was very naive when he purchased it in the first place for cash and with no papers, he had no idea what he should have received prior to purchase.

At least no one on here will get burnt by it with the no papers syndrome fingers crossed ect.
