dont some people do that so they dont have to pay as much to ebay...

im not an ebayer so i dont know... but the way i hear it works is that you could buy a car for $0.99, pay $10,000 in postage, and the person who sells it doesnt have to pay the selling fee to ebay... where as if they sold the car for $9,000, you pay $1,000 postage they are hit with a selling fee...
