TradeMe has some good shit at great prices. Even better if you have a mate in NZ who can buy stuff for you and ship it over

Indeed!!! which is what I have, man I love my parents hehe:wub:
Im seriously considering doing this properly on a larger scale

You should man. There's bargians to be bought and NZPost charges are quite reasonable and cheap. Then when you get the parts in sell them for a price that people will be happy to pay. That way they win/you win, and everybody is happy :) God knows its getting hard to find good parts these days.

I've just bought an EVO rear mech LSD, EVO LHS 2-piece driveshaft, 3 x RVR LHS hanger brackets (which can be put onto GSR LHS driveshafts when you do a 4G63T conversion and VERY hard to find spares in Aust at the moment) and all are coming via NZ post for only $70AU!!!

nz is cheap, but be careful with money transfers. receiving banks will also charge a fee on top of the transfer cost from your local bank. if you don't take this into consideration, the payment will be short and you're likely to spend 4 times what you think a $20 transfer fee costs.
paypal is great (and secure) for amounts under $1000 but not many kiwis use it.

Yeah my friend in NZ has PAYPAL and the $$ transfers immediately. You can pay PAYPAL in NZ dollars too so regardless of what the exchange rate is, you will always pay the correct NZ amount.

Yeah, I purchased a DrivenPerformance exhaust manifold from NZ and the International Monetry Transfer was a pain in the ass to arrange. The fees are ridiculous!! Why they don't have Paypal is beyond me!!
