Guys,

This topic may have been covered already, but I need to get my ECM Link tuned (FINALLY) after driving for a year+ on rich as FK tune!

I really would like to get it over & done in one hit, meaning dyno time. Does anyone here have good experience with ECM on the dyno/ or know someone? (Not that ECM is overly complicated anyway...)

Baz & Springy Motors????

I know I can do my own 'road tune' with the laptop, but I don't have time to drive around collecting data and playing with the settings...

Or alternatively someone can give me their tune/file?

Thanks,
Alex

alex, burnzy does it, i haven't had mine done by him, i'm just doing it myself..

Phi told me he could do it.. and i know a whole bunch of guys that have been happy with his tunes..

he did join this forum, and post about evo 5 ecu' if i didn't have ecm link i'd do it in a heart beat, Phi and CCevo1 are both running e5, and very well i believe.

I know Springy does quite a few ECM LINKS with the RVR boys and EVO guys..

They love the ECU.

I would never let anybody do WOT street tunes in my car....
Cruise tune yes (I do that myself) but anything over 4000rpm -> 7000rpm in 3rd or 4th gear is asking for trouble... especially with the constant hoon laws etc.

I'm even thinking of getting an ECM link for the AMG galant....

Sweet thanks guys. I'm getting the SD kit from ECM shortly, and will book in at Springy. Hope they're open in the next couple weeks!!

man I can't wait for it. And I'll finally be able to make a decent cold air box with the filter wedged in the corner!
