ECU For a 89 VR4 Galant Jap Spec

My brother is upgrading his standard ecu and is thinking about a number of ecu's on the market...jus lookin for opinions, ideas etc and what u think would b the best one to buy..?

They are supposed to be a good entry level ECU

lol the more toys the better, + with turbo upgrade coming along he'll need it/want it and a new manifold
he also has an overboosting problem

What turbo?

What dump pipe?

there are plenty of other things he could upgrade before he needs an aftermarket ECU- post up his whole specs and we'll go from there
