Today, Monday 15th October is my final day as the Administrator, Owner and a Moderator of this Forum, Site and Community.

The past 2.5 years have been a solid learning curve, I can look back with pride and see what I've created with your help. I know that there have been trials and tribulations, that we haven't seen eye to eye with what I wanted to do or how I reacted to some of you. Some of you will meet this announcement with joy, others will be wondering what happened.

Needless to say it's a long story, but it's time that I got on with my life away from this website.

The new owners of Team4G are the same group that I entrusted the forums to a long time ago, they are Dane (3zercrowd), Daniel (G5R5OL), Tim (brisvr4), Mat (matress) and Jason (jase). Any queries about the site now need to be directed to them. It is my understanding that the team is headed by Dane and Dan.

For those of you who are wondering, all my contact details have been removed from the site, excluding the Legal details until the new owners of the site replace the information with more current information. I will from this day forth have nothing more to do with the site, I'm sure that I'll be remembered like Jon as a founder, but unlike Jon... I won't be continuing my involvement.

Those of you who need to contact me have my phone number, my email and my MSN.

It's been good and bad, but ultimately I am walking away with a sense of accomplishment.

Thanks guys and girls, and goodbye.

Totally incorrect. There are a LOT of reasons, but it is time to move on for me.

Well I cant thank you enough for this site, without it I wouldnt own my current pride and joy!

Enough said.

Entaran,

You're a guy I love to hate, but I conceed you have done a lot good on this website. Thanks for it. Good with you next project what ever it ends to be. Try not to be too much of a pain in the ass in the next forum you take residence at....

Chris

(you are leaving over a set of seats?) Kidding kidding kidding..Hahaha

Have fun

It's got very little if anything to do with the seats.

I won't be joining any more forums. My time spent trolling the net is more or less over.

Thanks for the kind words. Wish you all the best.

Dearly hope t4g doesn't collapse like gvr4.org.au did when phez left.

sad to see you go mate... just because you're leaving, doesn't mean you have to be a stranger!

you owe me a ride in that VR4 of yours too, so get your ass into gear would you, im getting impatient :p

Congrats on what you helped to make. T4G has turned out great, there is a wealth of knowledge and experience in the members.
Goodluck with whatever you do with the hours and hours of free time you now have.

ey take it easy bro, i shall see you the VR4 and the landy soon enough.....

A very professional and honourable way to say your goodbyes. Respect, and good luck in your future endeavours.

Respect

Your passion for the 4G is remarkable backed up by your knowledge of the vehicles.
Your help and advice has been so valuable and I really appreciated the way you worked with me knowing that I have NFI with mechanical stuff. What this meant to me was a respect for you and the 4G club you represent, I dont believe many would put up with people with NFI.
I particularly point out the assistance you gave when I had my piping done you made a job that would of taken 2 days done in half the time. You assisted for no reason just to help out a new member and you asked for nothing in return or payment. Apart from the fact that you thought there was an imaginary nut and bolt monster in the engine bay I was happy to of found that bolt that slipped from my hands (after about 3 hours of looking)

Good luck with your future endeavours I am sure that whatever you do if you put as much passion and effort in as you have with the 4g you will be just as successful. It is sad to see a foundation member leave. Maybe an honorary role should be given 8)

Cheers

Bob
