EOI: FP3065 - SOLD

I'm upgrading my turbo, and basically, have a brand new FP3065 that I probably wont be using.

As I said, its brand new. Polished comp housing, polished exhaust housing.

Plans for my setup have changed and now this must go.

I paid alot for it.

To buy new, delivered would be easily well over 2k with freight without the polished housings.

Atm, its EOI as I dont really need to sell it(the extra $$ in the pocket would be nice though)

I wont take any less than 2k.

Yeah, I'm keeping those parts as I'm retaining an FP turbo setup. To be honest, they'd add well over 1k to the price. The dump pipe was stupidly expensive, but so well made, I can justify it.

I can get the gates etc, for really good prices.

you can certainly use something else. Its just a v-band flanged dump.

The one I currently have, has the wastegate merged into it, hence the cost. The normal dump from fp is fairly cheap. 2.5" around 250USD, 3" with wastegate dump is about 400USD

I was looking at these turbo's a while ago, best design ever i think

If i had the $$ i would snap it up but unfortunatly i bought a GT3076R but it "apparently" got lost in the mail :cry:

sorry to hijack but whats the go with the wastegate on the exuast housing?? ive never seen anyone do this ever before. y wouldnt you just get a better manifold that has the wastegate on the manifold where it would look better and do the same job??

I'm sure its already been cleared up, but the wastegate placement on this turbo, doesnt really get much better. The turbine housing hasnt been modified, its cast in stainless steel, by Forced Performance in the US. Its a proven setup, and I am continueing to run the same setup, just with a larger turbocharger. If you are questioning who Forced Performance is, you probably have never really researched anything about fast 4G63's.
