This is one of only a handful of C73A's imported into Australia, and I am confident that this one has the lowest km's out of the lot. I am selling unregistered, but it is eligible for Club Registration in Victoria which is only $60/year. I can put the new owner on to a club if need be. This is a VERY rare car and will never depreciate in value.

Lancer GSR 4WD. Gunmetal Grey. Built on 3rd May 1988. No roof rust.
Imported into Australia under the 15 year old rule approximately 7 years ago. I am the second owner in Australia. GENUINE 118,000kms. Even has the factory floor mats. Interior is MINT for it's age. Unfortunately I have found another Mitsi project that I couldn't say no to, so this toy has to go and will be sadly missed. This car is very quick and is not for the faint hearted or inexperienced. It's stock looks make it a true sleeper- no looks from the Po Po either. It has had a fair bit of coin thrown at it- starts first time every time and doesn't leak a drop of oil or make any strange noises. It currently makes 300hp at the wheels (221kw) on 21psi in a car that weights just over a ton. It's previously run a 12.33@114mph (best 118mph) at the strip with a slipping viscous coupling. This is an 11 second capable car any day of the week. Would also make a great hill climb or track day car!

Genuine Mitsibishi TD05H rebuilt by ATP Turbo here in Melbourne less than 3000km ago. Features a ported compressor cover with 20g wheel ported exhaust housing with "Sierra style" exhaust wheel which is clipped. Full boost by 3600rpm.

3" split dump to 3" highflow Cat Converter to 3" resonator and 3" Magnaflow Muffler

Attention needed:

Boost creeps above 21psi needs an external wastegate if you want to run 25psi/250kw
Could do with a fuel surge tank
Few minor scrapes on outside
Small hole in front bumper
Minor passenger side rear quarter panel damage- I bought it like this, Comes with complete/straight rear quarter panel and mint plastic/facelift rear bumper and any other part you need to complete the job. An experienced panel beater could sort it out without replacing the quarter panel but I have the parts anyway.


Sorry, doesn't come with the momo steering wheel in the pics. Located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Happy to freight Aus wide at buyers cost.

Hey Mo, yep this can be registered anywhere in Australia. The only reason why i'm selling it so cheap is because of the cost to fix the damage in the rear. If you know a panel beater, you're laughing. You might even get away without putting a rear quarter on it- but a car with such low km's on the clock it's best to do it once, and do it properly.
 
A good panel beater could make that quarter like new with minimul body filler , i could have that repaired and painted in a weekend. Somebody in WA get this so i can work on it !!!
 
I still have the car although it's waiting for a VR4 W5M33 gearbox and libero GT diff to be installed as the KM221's centre diff shat itself. It has a twin plate clutch in it at the moment and I also have a surge tank, new wastegate actuator ready to go too. I would really like to get this car going and take it racing before I sell but with a lowrider project on the go I haven't got much time for it at the moment.

I would love to get it but don't have the a) room, b) $$$ and c) time for another car at the moment! I was just curious to know if you still had it, as Jamo has pointed out - it's been one plus years.
