does anyone know of angel eye, halo, projector (whatever you wanna call them) head lights with high beam for early evo shape lancer's? and somewhat matching tail lights?

yeah thats them. there $499 nzd over here aswell. i dont see why they dont make them with a high beam function as well as its illegal not to have a working high beam isn't it? or is it possible to make them have a high beam?

There's a site that sells retrofit kits that have both hi and low in the projector I'll get the site for you.
