Hi all, I am looking at getting some coilovers for my Evo 1, and it looks like the only option available to me is Tein Super Streets. I don't really want to get Tein's entry level coilover, and I have found some Tein Mono Flex, but for Evo 2-3. Would these fit onto my car without modification? Or if modification if required, what would need to be done?

theres heaps of different ones mate -

DMS, Ohlins, Tein, Cusco, GAB, JIC, and then the generic D2, g4 & K-sport.

The Tein Monoflex would be nice though :)

For anyone who's interested:

I'll be selling my cusco zero-2e coilovers w/ eCon package (econ never installed). The coilovers were used for no more than 700 miles and have been taken off since I've been prepping my evo for rally. Excellent condition. PM me if interested :)

Lancer EVO I/II/III CD9A / CE9A - Spring rate: Front 7 rear 5 Adjustability: front -100 ~ -55 / rear -80 ~ -40

EVO II/III specific coilovers have a mount for the front swaybar links to bolt onto. EVO I simply dont need to use this mount as its front swaybar is bolted to the front lower control arm instead.
EVO I-III coilovers usually have another mount to bolt a bracket for the ABS brakes onto the side of the strut as well (although not all brands will have the extra bracket).
EVO I/II coilovers fit all EVO I-III's naturally, GSR, or any FWD CC Lancer or Proton M21/Satria.

That company is incorrect. I've fitted GSR and EVO I-III struts into FWD CC Lancers (same shape as EVO/GSR sedans and Mirage coupes).
Both front and rear EVO I-III struts are a direct replacement for a FWD CC Lancer.
The Lancer obviously doesnt use EVO II/III front swaybar links on the struts... instead LAncer swaybars bolt to the lower control arm.

Correct u can bolt evo1-3 suspension on a fwd lancer/mirage but you can't fit a lancer/mirage suspension on an evo2-3 due to the sway bar mounting points
