looks good, been running an Evo7 turbo for bout 4 years now on my galant, you can get rid of the lag by changing your rear end from 10.5 to 9.8 housings...

Kool so I'm not the only one!! :)was told I was stupid
For doing it and should have just went the
Normal 16g but Then had a drive of a friends
Evo8mr fully stock with pod filter and 19psi and it
Fucking flue like the wind with little lag hence why I
Did use the 8 turbo.

But have been told I will struggle to see decent hp
Readings when tuen time comes :(

you should get closet to 200kw with ease with the 10.5 rear end, add cams and injectors and you should get more (pending if the engine will handle it)

my old set up..

Another more common name is Coil On Plug...it just means there is an individual coil pack on top of each spark plug which eliminates the spark plug leads.

so these are really just to eliminate any chance of the leads earthing out? or do they have a performance benifit too??
also how hard are they to wire in??

cheers

No lead = less resistance between the coil and the spark and therefore a better spark. With a better spark you will get a few benefits like a better idle, better fuel efficiency, and the ability to run more boost. Check out extreme psi for a coil on plug setup for dsm. I think they come with instructions etc. they do sell a plug and play arrangement or a cdi setup the later of the two prob being better but more expensive. Ask Rob (Evo 00X) or caged. They both run ls1 coils I think and could give u some advice

cheers
