I am looking to put an EVO1 cylinder head onto my VR4 block. I know that the EVO head bolt holes will need to be enlarged (from 11 to 12mm), but does anybody know if there is anything else that may need to be done. I don't want to find out that the water lines etc don't match up when I've passed that point of no return (in this aspect at least!)

Any help would be appreciated.

obviously you will need the evo intake manifold as well,as for the water pump i think you may need all the evo gear there as well, not a 100%sure though

as for the question brought up by that link as to wether or not its worth it or not...i say it is if your going to leave the engine mildly modified but if your wanting over 500hp then the vr4 head is a better choice but as proven a evo head will still flow 1000+hp but is it worth the xspense of bying a head to change over unless your getting it for cheap

I'm using an EVO intake manifold, hence the requirement for an EVO cylinder head. I know the ports are bigger on a VR4 head/manifold, but the EVO flows at a better air velocity and angle. I want a nice and torquey 2.3litre, not a 1000hp undriveable thing so I'm not too fussed with the smaller port size.

Clutz - I still have the LSD - $300. It doesn't come with the RHS specific driveshaft, but I think Andrew Vibert (CVAP) might have one as I swapped him mine when I went to an open diff (hence different shaft).
